Our menu includes mostly traditional dishes, with some innovative twists, prepared with seasonal and – above all – local ingredients, according to the regional tradition.
First of all, we are in San Daniele, so here you can taste our popular and delicious prosciutto, served with our sweet and sour vegetables and different cheeses, or our rainbow trout from the Tagliamento, served with butter and croutons; and then move to legendary pasta dishes, uch as homemade tagliolini with San Daniele prosciutto, cjalsons and potato gnocchi.
Among our main courses, you will also find the most iconic meat dishes typical of our regional cuisine,such as vinegar salami served with polenta, brovada and musetto, rabbit stew, braised pork cheeks … Then, our homemade desserts, such as our Gubana di San Pietro al Natisone, and locally produced ice creams.
Our wine list is also in line with our vision and philosophy: you will not find hundreds of labels, but a reasoned selection of regional labels that even the most demanding customers have appreciated so far.
